TROPAEOLUM (SCOTTISH FLAME FLOWER)

Tropaeolum speciosum, flourishes in Scotland, but also does well elsewhere when established. It has slender growths, delicate leaves and bright scarlet flowers in the height of summer. It likes a cool root run, the shade of shrubs, rich soil and an undisturbed site.
