Pansy Varieties: Fancy Pansies

ADAM WHITE. The large blotches are of chocolate, the edges and top petals being of golden-yellow, suffused with violet.

ALDERLEY. A Jackson introduction, the refined blooms having large circular blotches of deep plum, the lower petals being margined rosy-pink, the upper petals are white, flushed with purple and edged white.

ALEX LISTER. The dense blotches are of chocolate, the edges rose and cream with the top petals rosy-purple.

ANNIE LISTER. The bloom has a large almost black blotch and a margin of cream. The upper petals are of violet-mauve also with a broad margin of cream.

CATHERINE. The blotches are violet, the edges ruby with the upper petals a rich shade of purple.

DR MCKINNON. The blotches are violet, the petals being edged with cream, with the upper petals cream and rosy-violet.

ENA WHITELAW. The blotches are chocolate, the petals being edged with gold with the upper petals soft purple.

ERNEST CHEETHAM. A magnificent new variety of great size with deep plum blotches and a narrow edging of white round the lower petals; the upper petals being plum-coloured.

MRS A. B. COCHRANE. A huge bloom with purple blotches and cream margins; the upper petals being purple and cream.

MRS CAMPBELL. A grand yellow self with huge circular claret-coloured blotches.

NEILL MC’COLL. The blotches are plum, the lower petals being margined with rose and white. The top petals are cream and purple.

T. B. COCHRANE. The blotches are dark blue, the lower petals being margined white with the top petals purple and white.
